With the goal of providing Madison-area kids and families opportunities to learn skills and strategies for finding more joy, ease and confidence, Jamie Gale has spent the past 10 years creating high-quality programs and trainings that serve the community through her company, Jamie Gale, LLC.

Jamie became certified to teach yoga to kids and to lead personal development groups for women in 2013 as she launched the little om BIG OM program. Jamie and her team of kids yoga instructors lead fun, playful mindful movement classes for kids and families in schools, studios, libraries and camps around the Madison-area. In 2015, Jamie expanded on the life-balance workshops she was leading for local women by founding Boss Mama, a professional and personal development group for business-owning moms. Boss Mama connects heart-centered entrepreneurs through in-person and virtual workshops, networks and business mentorship.

Jamie loves to collaborate with other passionate leaders of businesses and organizations to provide creative and impactful offerings to kids and families.

Jamie is the Co-Director of Creative Soul Camp, a creative arts enrichment program that brings camps and after school programs to hundreds of kids each year. She is the Co-Founder of Meet Me in Child's Pose, a kids yoga teacher training for adults looking to bring yoga to the children in their lives, and the Co-Founder of The Star Counselor, a training for camp counselors.

Jamie is the Owner and Executive Producer of Lit Path Studios, a podcast network that produces and publishes shows hosted by captivating captivating creators who lead the way. Podcasts on Lit Path Studios guide listeners to finding and lighting up their own paths. Jamie is also the host of a leadership podcast, Follow the Leaders, and a podcast about youth well-being, In It For Youth.

Jamie holds a B.A. in Spanish and a Certificate in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is certified to teach yoga to children through Karma Kids Yoga, Rainbow Kids Yoga, Yoga Education Institute, and YogAutism. She holds her 200-Hour RYT from Zen Yoga Garage. Jamie is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.

Before starting Jamie Gale, LLC, Jamie's career focused on teaching kids of all ages in schools, enrichment programs and camps, and she served as the Marketing and Management Director for a Madison-based non-profit organization. When she’s not working with kids and families, Jamie can be found enjoying Madison, Wisconsin with her three adventurous children, enjoying an audiobook or exploring hiking trails.
